Returns from countries in the EU:
You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form.
Returns from countries outside the EU:
If you have placed your order as a guest, please kindly create an account with the same e-mail address you used to place your order and follow the prompts below:
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Sign into your account and under MY ORDERS, find the order number and select the RETURN option.
CLICK on the item(s) you wish to return and choose the REASON of return. If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size.
PACK the item with ALL THE TAGS ATTACHED and the ORIGINAL PACKAGING included & attach the DHL return label you created on the portal.
CALL your local DHL office and BOOK a collection.
You will also receive an e-mail including return instructions on how to return your order once your request is completed.

Return Shipping charge:
We aim to process all returns within 14 business days of receiving your order back. Whilst it may be sooner, please allow up to 14 business days during the high season.
Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund.
The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
