For Resort 23, a brand-new construction has been developed to be worn all day with comfort. The molded footbed gives extra comfort and arch support and is covered in soft nappa leather in tone with the vachetta leather uppers. This new construction is featured on our new Latria which is a double strap slide.
Ancient Greek Sandals are handmade locally by skilled craftsmen using traditional techniques that have existed for centuries.
Stitching is used delicately when necessary. A variety of techniques are used throughout the collection to decorate the uppers, such as hot stamps, lacing, cut-outs, printing, braiding, beading and embossing.
The champagne coloured wing-design buckle is a brand trademark and refers back to the myth of the gifted sandal maker that made the sandals for the Ancient Greek Gods as well as Hermes the messenger god who wore winged sandals.
