Referencing the Greek for boat in its name, Pliario is the brother style to our popular womenswear boat shoe, Pliaria. We've taken the traditional style and given it a highly desirable feel. Handmade in Greece to a typical boat-shoe shape, the style is is fashioned in luxurious oil-treated super-soft vachetta leather and fastened with distinctive leather laces rolled to form a special knot (inspired by the father of our creative director, Christina Martini). Pliario is laid-back, of-the-moment and distinctly nostalgic – the perfect shoe for laid-back summers at home, time away, or as a transitional shoe through spring and autumn.
